Reiki Healing is a type of energy healing.  Reiki healing works on every level, physical, mental and spiritual to promote the body's regenarative self healing.  The treatment is a relaxing and non-invasive experience.  Reiki can be carried out sitting or lying down and is applied through clothing.

The body can often hold emotional pain or energy blockages within itself, which can lead to physical conditions.  During a Reiki healing the therapist uses their hands to channel universal energy through to the client.  The client will take as much or as little energy as needed and the energy will always go to where it is most needed.

Colour Mirrors.  We all have an opinion on colour and feel different emotions when looking at different colours.  In Colour Mirrors or Colour Healing the client is drawn to certain colour bottles which are then used within the treatment (by holding or placing on areas of the body).  There can be very subtle changes or sometimes quite big reactions from working with colour, but as with Reiki healing you will only take as much or as little healing as the body needs.

The colour mirror bottles are only used at the Prestwood venue at present and rather than being a separate treatment on there own are currently used within the other treatments.  Please ask for more details.
